FOR SOME REASON, ON MOST COMPUTERS THE REGISTRATION LINKS WORK BEST WHEN YOU USE GOOGLE CHROME.
For registration, we use an online system called RAMP. You will have to create an account for your family and add each child that you would like to register as a “Participant”. Once you have created an account your information stays there.
PLEASE NOTE – All sports have different links to use, so make sure you are registering for the correct sport. You cannot register for multiple sports using the same link.
Spring Registration 2024

Baseball, Softball, Basketball, Outdoor Soccer (9 & up) registrations are now closed.
NGCC Mini Soccer Program – Registration will begin on March 1st, 2024 and will close on April 21 st. – this program is for 3-4, 5-6 and 7-8 year olds. More information about this program is here. Links to register can be found here on RAMP.

VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
Please contact the office if you would like to do a 2 hour volunteer shift and be reimbursed $30 per shift. This fee may also be refunded if you sign up to be a coach.
As a community centre, we want to continue to offer open canteens, dances and other special events such as our Lunch with Santa, Knight of Celebration and Movie Knight, but in order to do so we need volunteers.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa and MasterCard for online registrations. For some sports we also allow payment by e-transfer. For Basketball if you do not have a credit card, your bank will be able to pre-load a credit card for you. All funds withdrawn will be in Canadian Currency. In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions and order fulfillment are handled by a reputable third-party banking and distribution institution. They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your credit card and to process your order. They are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private. Security Our secure socket layer (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Finally, this site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Refund Policy
NGCC understands that sometimes circumstances require that you need to withdraw your child from their sport. If for some reason this happens, you can withdraw your registration, provided there are no games or practices attended and the season has not officially started. There will be a $20 refund fee to cover the admin costs of the registration/refund. Please contact us to process the refund.
