PLEASE NOTE - DUE TO COVID-19 THERE MAY BE CERTAIN PROTOCOLS THAT HAVE TO BE FOLLOWED. THIS WILL BE DISCUSSED WITH YOU WHEN YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT FOR AN EVENT.
Our fully air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible hall holds 250 people. Bookings for Socials are $2,195 + GST (Socials run from 8 pm to 1 am), which includes: 3 Bartenders, Music by “Rainbow Lite & Sound”, Social Food*, Chips/Pretzels, Coffee, Cups / Ice, Mix (Pop, Clamato & Orange Juice), Limes & Celery as well as Set-up and Clean-up.** Extra time for weddings is $100/hour.

Yes, everything but your liquor, permit, auction gifts and tickets is included in this package deal! Not only do you not have to shop around for all the extras and bring everything with you, our staff puts out the luncheon and looks after all the mixes, so the only helpers you need to find are for your ticket table! How easy is that? A one stop shop for all your social needs!
* Social Food includes Shaved Turkey, Ham, Pastrami & Kielbassa, Cheese, Pickles, Bread, Mustard, Veggie platter, plates and napkins.
** Clean-up does not include removing cups and liquor from the tables, which must be done by the permit holder. Any decorations must be removed as well.
NOTE - For all social bookings, a non-refundable deposit of $400.00 to save your date is required at the time of signing. This deposit becomes your damage deposit until after the event is over. Full cost of the rental must be paid 7 DAYS PRIOR to the event. Damage deposits are returned 2-3 weeks after the function providing there is no damage.

For weekend Main Hall rental availability, go to the calendar tab on the website (not the small calendar on the left side of the page). To check to see if a date is taken, scroll through to the month that you are looking to book in. The square will be purple if it is booked. We will keep the booked dates as current as possible. Dates for events cannot be saved and bookings are done on a first come, first served basis.
MEETING/PARTY RENTALS – NO ALCOHOL
The Main Hall is available to rent for Meetings, Showers, Birthday parties and other events. Based on a capacity of less than 50 people and used for up to 4 hours, the cost would be $150 + GST. Extra hours are $35 + GST.
For 50-100 people the cost is $200 + GST and for more than 100 people, the cost is $300 + GST. For bookings over 50 people, there will be a $100 damage deposit due at the contract signing. This will be returned to you by cheque if the hall is left in proper condition and the function is done at the time stated on the contract. Extra hours are $50 + GST.
For most functions, we have Audio Visual Equipment available to rent. Cost is $50 + GST, and includes a large screen, projector, computer connections and microphone and podium.
Various events with alcohol and/or for a longer time-frame are priced accordingly. If your event includes alcohol you must have a no-sale permit and you will be charged extra for an NGCC bartender. Sunday through Thursday's the latest parties can go to is 11 pm.
